Who we are

Glivo is a product of FRANS ECOMMERCE ENTERPRISE, a business registered in Malaysia under number 202003155151 (003128294-A). We are responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

This website collects personal data in one place: the waitlist form. When you join, we keep:

• your email address;
• how you found us — a tag in the link you followed, or the name of the website that sent you;
• your browser's language setting;
• when you joined, and later when we sent you the launch email.

Your IP address is used for about a minute, in memory only, to stop automated sign-ups. It is never stored.

What we don't collect

The pages you read set no cookies, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking on this website. The only cookie it uses is the sign-in cookie for the people who run the site.

What we use it for

• Your email address: to tell you when Glivo launches.
• How you found us and your language: to understand where interest comes from and which languages to support first.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that provide the services we run on: the hosting provider whose servers store the waitlist, and the email service we use to send the launch email. They process it on our behalf and for no other purpose. Their servers may be outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop running the waitlist — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and take you off the list. Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We reply within 21 days.

How we protect it

The waitlist is stored in a database that cannot be reached from the internet, and only the people who run Glivo can see it, through accounts that require a password.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and governing law

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, including its Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
